Immersed in the green valley of the Ebro river is the fertile region of Urzante. A region in the heart of Navarra; this is where José Marín started dealing with olive oil in 1950; he would deliver them with his truck to the homes in his city and in the surrounding towns. A high quality olive oil, made with the best olives and selected one by one. Today, as a result of this experience, Urzante produces its oil with an exclusive method.

As owners of olive plantations, we cover the entire production process from the fields to your table. The products of our land are a fundamental pillar in our company. Much of our production comes directly from our olive trees, with which we produce our best oils. All of them are selected and of exceptional premium quality.

Nature is the origin of our products and of our day to day so we respect it to its fullest by working in its favour. We recycle 100% of waste. Our energy system supplies in a cogeneration network that saves a large amount of CO2 per year. Our factory is completely covered in solar panels to produce clean and renewable energy.

Since 1950, Ondoliva has earned a well-deserved reputation, offering an excellent olive oil perfectly described by local farmers with the use of the word “Ondo” which stands for “good”. In the past, olives were picked by hand one by one by men and women standing shoulder to shoulder throughout the district in the traditional olive harvest. After 70 years, we remain faithful to all our values, the spirit of tradition, respect for the land and care for nature.
Every single day, at Trujal Almazara Tudela we set ourselves a very clear goal: to always work tirelessly towards obtaining the finest quality of our oils, to remain faithful to the principles that have differentiated us for decades; our land and our tradition. At our mill, the entire production is done with olives collected with care in our farms, we pay attention to each detail to ensure the production of an excellent quality oil.

NAVARRA APPELLATION OF ORIGIN
Protected appellation of Origin “Oil from Navarra”, abbreviated as “D.O.P. Aceite de Navarra” and commercially as Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Navarra, is a Protected appellation of Origin that safeguards and identifies the production of olive oil in the Autonomous Community of Navarre.
Is a brand created in 2007 by the Government of Navarre that protects agri-food products from the Navarra Autonomous Community withholding quality certifications, projecting a common image that favours the implementation and identification of these products in the market and promoting their notoriety and prestige among consumers.
DOP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.
Extra virgin olive oil, obtained from olives of these varieties: Arróniz, Empeltre and Arbequina. The main variety is considered the native variety Arróniz, representing an overall percentage of above 10% of this unique coupage .
EUROPEAN ORGANIC PRODUCTION CERTIFICATE
The certification allows to market organic products in the European Union. Organic production is a general system of agricultural management and food production that combines the best environmental practices, a high level of biodiversity, the preservation of natural resources, the application of high standards on animal welfare and production in accordance with the preferences of certain consumers for products obtained from natural substances and processes.
INTERNATIONAL FEATURED STANDARS
IFS has eight standards focused on the areas of food and non-food covering the different processes and services along the supply chain. IFS does not determine the processes but rather provides the tools to assess them a risk-based approach.
The different standards are used by manufacturers and distributors around the world to respond to the demand for quality, transparency and efficiency resulting from globalization. In order for the standards to meet the needs of all parties involved in their development, both industry and distribution as well as certification bodies take part. BRCGS is a leading global brand and consumer protection scheme recognised by thousands of customers worldwide. First published in 1998, it serves as a guide for food manufacturers on issues as varied as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), traceability, fraud prevention in the sector, commitment to management and Quality Management Systems. It is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), which means that obtaining this certification helps organizations maintain, unlock or access key markets.
The Hebrew word “Kosher” means fit, proper, or convenient. Kosher foods are foods that are prepared according to Jewish dietary standards and therefore permissible for consumption as they meet the requirements of the Hebrew Bible diet. The laws of the Kashrut (Jewish Dietary Law) mainly regulate these two aspects: the permitted foods and their preparations.
It is an independent inspection and certification body, dedicated to conformity assessment and Halal certification of products, processes and services in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and logistics industries.
Halal Control is a reference body for authorities, Islamic institutions, universities, food associations, industries, consumer protection agencies and international Halal standard working groups.

URZANTE is located in Tudela, Navarra (Spain), in the area from which it takes its name, Urzante. An extremely fertile land recognized as one of the best vegetable growing areas in Spain. It is located between the valley of the Ebro River and the Moncayo National Natural Park. Thanks to its privileged location, our olive groves are irrigated every year by the thaw of the Moncayo mountain, one of the purest waters in the world.
